Organic Baby Box FAQ

We strive to make organic baby essential an affordable luxury by sourcing and connecting with suppliers to eliminate unnecessary markups. Depending on your subscription plan, you may receive 7-30 pieces of handpicked, moms-approved organic baby essentials, including onesies, rompers, tops, bottoms, sleeping bags, swaddlers, blankets, mittens, booties, hats, socks – all of which are GOTS and OEKOTEX certified.

Baby clothing comes in five size groups: 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 9-12M and 12-18M. Each size group is custom tailored to the needs and growth of your baby. If at anytime you would like to change the size of your baby’s clothing, you may reach out to our support team at and we will gladly update your size and plan.

How to Subscribe?

Our boxes are created and designed with you in mind. Unlike other subscription boxes, you do not need to start from age 0. You can subscribe even if your little one is 9 months old. Simply choose the appropriate size under the drop down menu. You will be charged only up till size 12-18 month. If your child is currently wearing sizes 12-18 and you choose this size, you will not be billed again for the next month as this is the last size group for this box.  See Month-to-Month Plan or our Limited Time 3-Month Plan for more details.

Where Do You Ship?

We gladly ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. If you are from outside of these countries, send us a request to and we will try our best to accommodate.

How Do I Change the Size of Clothing?

To change the sizing of your subscription you can email our support team at We will gladly update your size and subscription preference.

What if the Size I Receive is Incorrect?

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you would like to exchange your box for clothing of a different size, simply contact our support team at with your order number and we will work with you to have your new box shipped to you ASAP!

What Happens if I Moved?

You can change your shipping and billing information at any time by visiting your account page. Please ensure that you update your shipping and billing addresses before your next box is shipped so that you do not miss your box! At any time if you need assistance, we are an email away at

When Can I Start My Subscription?

We accept new subscriptions until 11:00 EST on the 14th of each month. If you sign up after the 14th, you will receive next month’s box. For example, if you sign up on the 21st of January, you will receive your box no the week of the 15th of February.

When Do Subscription Plans Renew?

For your convenience, all plans auto-renew and all renewals occur on the 1st of each month, until the last size group or cancelled.

If you are on the month-to-month plan, renewals occur on the 1st of each month until you cancel.

If you are on a 3-month plan, your renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you’ve received your last shipment for an additional 3-month renewal. For example, if you sign up on the 1st of May for a 3-month plan, you will receive shipment on the 15th of May. Your next renewal will be on the 1st of August.

Can I Make a One-Time Purchase?

Yes! You can easily purchase a one-time box. After subscribing to your first plan, please email us with a cancellation request to after you receive your first box. You will not be billed for the next cycle.

Flexible Cancellation

If you do not wish to receive your next box, you may cancel your subscription as late as the day before your next due date. If you missed the due date, you may still cancel it and be refunded within 7 days of receipt. All items in box must be in original package, never worn or washed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at with your order number to request a return and refund. DO NOT ship your box back without first getting an authorization code from our staff. Boxes returned without an authorization code will not be processed.
